Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam Policy
This policy protects recipients and the reputation of every domain, IP, node and organization using Mailforge.
Permitted recipients
Every message requires an applicable, documented lawful basis: request or consent, a relevant customer relationship, or legitimate interest for targeted and proportionate B2B outreach.
The organization must prove recipient origin and relevance and immediately honor objections and unsubscribe requests.
Prohibited uses
Spam, unsolicited outreach, purchased, rented, scraped or harvested lists, impersonation, phishing, malware, fraud, illegal content and suppression-list bypass are prohibited.
Sending from an unauthorized third-party domain or hiding the sender's real identity is also prohibited.
Pre-activation review
Forge Labs reviews the organization, use case, audience origin and sender domains. Every domain must be authenticated and assigned to a traffic class.
Volumes increase progressively and transactional, newsletter and B2B traffic may use distinct routes or IPs.
Bounces and complaints
Sending nodes report delivery, bounce, complaint and rejection events to Mailforge.
Hard bounces and complaints are suppressed automatically. Any complaint or a hard-bounce rate of at least 3% pauses the affected warm-up route.
Enforcement
Forge Labs may immediately suspend a key, domain, user or organization when recipients or sender reputation are at risk.
Report abuse to contact@forgelabs.dev and include the Message-ID, date and affected recipient address.
