Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam Policy
This policy protects recipients and the sending reputation of Mailforge, its organizations and Amazon SES.
Permitted recipients
Messages may only be sent to people who use the organization's service, requested the information or have a relevant customer or contractual relationship.
The organization must be able to explain the source of every recipient and the context of the send.
Prohibited uses
Spam, unsolicited outreach, purchased, rented, scraped or harvested lists, impersonation, phishing, malware, fraud, illegal content and suppression-list bypass are prohibited.
Sending from an unauthorized third-party domain or hiding the sender's real identity is also prohibited.
Pre-activation review
Forge Labs reviews the organization, use case and sender domains. Every domain must pass Amazon SES DKIM verification.
Access and volume may be increased gradually. Unusual activity may trigger a manual review.
Bounces and complaints
Amazon SES sends SEND, DELIVERY, BOUNCE, COMPLAINT, REJECT and DELIVERY_DELAY events to Mailforge.
Hard bounces and complaints enter the account suppression list. Organizations must not retry them without a legitimate reason and verified correction.
Enforcement
Forge Labs may immediately suspend a key, domain, user or organization when recipients or sender reputation are at risk.
Report abuse to contact@forgelabs.dev and include the Message-ID, date and affected recipient address.
