Terms and Conditions

Using Mailforge means accepting these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

Service

Mailforge lets approved organizations verify sender domains, create API keys, send transactional email through Amazon SES and review delivery events.

The service is currently a private beta and access may require a manual use-case review.

Accounts and organizations

Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and promptly report unauthorized access.

An organization may only use domains it controls and has verified. It remains responsible for message content and the lawful basis for each communication.

Allowed email

Mailforge is intended for expected transactional messages triggered by an action or existing relationship: account, security, confirmation, invoice and operational messages.

Unsolicited outreach, purchased or rented lists and marketing campaigns are prohibited during the beta.

Deliverability and compliance

Organizations must maintain low bounce and complaint rates, honor unsubscribe requests where applicable and never bypass suppression lists.

Forge Labs may throttle, suspend or terminate access to protect recipients, Amazon SES and sender reputation.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Maintenance, internet or provider outages may occur.

Forge Labs does not guarantee inbox placement and is not responsible for the content, lists or instructions supplied by an organization.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. The parties will first seek an amicable resolution before bringing a dispute before the competent French courts.
